This listing covers the custom invitation design fee and reserves your place on my design schedule. Before purchasing, please send me a message with your event details so we can discuss your vision, timeline, and determine whether your project is a good fit.
What This Fee Includes
• A custom invitation design
• Digital proof for review
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions
This design fee covers the creation of your custom invitation design and does not include the cost of your final invitation order or any optional add-ons. Once your design has been approved, you'll receive a separate invoice for your choice of printed or digital invitations, based on your selected format, quantity, paper choice (if applicable), and any add-ons or upgrades you choose.
A Few Things to Know
• Please allow adequate time for the design process before your event. I recommend reaching out 3–4 weeks before your invitations need to be mailed.
• Because each invitation is created from scratch, turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of your project and my current schedule.
• This listing is for the design service only. Printing will begin once your proof has been approved and your final invoice has been paid.
• Due to the custom nature of this work, the design fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
Before You Purchase

Additional Product Information
PROOFS
Proofs are available on all items unless noted otherwise.
Printed items: proofs will be sent within 2 business days to the email provided; once proof is approved please allow 7-10 days for processing and delivery. This timeframe may be adjusted depending on the season.
Digital files: proofs will be sent within 2 business days to the email provided. Once approved, final delivery of the digital file will be sent within 24hrs.
Please note: two rounds of proofs are included with purchase. Additional proofs are $10/ea. and will be billed separately.
It is important to approve your proof(s) in a timely manner. Failure to do so can result in your order being delayed or being canceled.
*Proofs are available once payment has been received.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Turnaround time is 7-10 business days from date of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking. Processing time can take between 3-5 business days and shipping can range from 2-5 business days (depending on where you're located).
All orders over $25 ship for FREE via UPS Ground.
Orders under $25 ship via USPS Priority.
Lisa Buchanan Designs is NOT responsible for lost packages or delayed orders. Once it leaves the print facility, it is out of my hands. If you do have issues with your package though, I will help with finding a solution.
RETURN POLICY
All printed orders are FINAL sale, however, if a mistake was made on my part, I will gladly send you a replacement. Please message me asap if there is an issue with your order.
Digital templates can be refunded or exchanged as long as you have not downloaded the template.
