Within a few minutes you will receive an email from Corjl with a link to access and edit your template. You may need to check your spam/junk folder if it is not found in your inbox. You can also go directly to Corjl.com and use your order info to log in and access your purchased items. There is no need to download any software. Corjl’s easy-to-use platform allows you to personalize this item right in your browser. Personalize using your computer, or make basic edits using your phone or mobile device.
3. PRINT! Save and download your print-ready files.
Save your file with/without trim marks and bleeds.
Save/export as a PDF or JPG depending on your print method.
You are allowed 10 downloads. If for some reason additional downloads are needed, please reach out and I'll be happy to add more.
*If you’re unfamiliar with how Corjl works, please be sure to reference the “CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS” that came with your order. It contains all the information you will need for editing, saving and printing. Corjl is super easy to use and makes waiting around for a proof a thing of the past!

PROOFS
PROOFS:
Proofs are available on all items unless noted otherwise.
Printed items: proofs will be sent within 2 business days to the email provided; once proof is approved please allow 7-10 days for processing and delivery. This timeframe may be adjusted depending on the season.
Digital files: proofs will be sent within 2 business days to the email provided. Once approved, final delivery of the digital file will be sent within 24hrs.
Please note: two rounds of proofs are included with purchase. Additional proofs are $10/ea. and will be billed separately.
It is important to approve your proof(s) in a timely manner. Failure to do so can result in your order being delayed or being canceled.
*Proofs are available once payment has been received.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
SHIPPING:
Turnaround time is 7-10 business days from date of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking. Processing time can take between 3-5 business days and shipping can range from 2-5 business days (depending on where you're located).
All orders over $25 ship for FREE via UPS Ground.
Orders under $25 ship via USPS Priority.
Lisa Buchanan Designs is NOT responsible for lost packages or delayed orders. Once it leaves the print facility, it is out of my hands. If you do have issues with your package though, I will help with finding a solution.
RETURN POLICY
All printed orders are FINAL sale, however, if a mistake was made on my part, I will gladly send you a replacement. Please message me asap if there is an issue with your order.
Digital templates can be refunded or exchanged as long as you have not downloaded the template.
